What We Loved
Four Seasons Resort on Lanai was incredible — felt exclusive and private. Then mix of Kauai raw beauty with excellent food and laid back feel was great combination. High end hotel on lanai mixed with very affordable Airbnb on Kauai balanced out lodging cost.
What We'd Do Next Time
We couldn’t have avoided it, but major storms/mudslides closed a lot hiking areas.

Arrival on Lanai and Resort Luxury
- Flight to Lanai — Arrived at Lanai airport on a small plane. The Four Seasons Resort Lanai offers a guest lounge at the airport.
- Check-in at Four Seasons Resort Lanai — Settled into our luxurious room. The resort lobby at night is stunning.
- Dinner at Nobu Lanai — Enjoyed an amazing Japanese dinner with fresh sushi and ocean views.
Relaxation and Island Charm
- Relax by the pool at Four Seasons Resort Lanai — Spent the morning soaking up the sun and enjoying the resort's beautiful pools.
- Lunch at The Lanai Cat Sanctuary — A unique experience enjoying lunch and coffee while interacting with hundreds of cats.
- Explore the resort grounds and beach — Walked around the lush grounds and along the beautiful beach area of the resort.
- Sunset viewing — Enjoyed the beautiful sunset over the Lanai landscape.

Departure from Kauai
- Enjoy the final views from the hotel balcony — Took in the beautiful green mountain scenery one last time.
- Departure from Kauai Airport — Headed to the airport for our flight home, already missing the island paradise.
