What We Loved
The beauty of Bishop Creek Canyon with a few nights of fun in Vegas. You’ll get some of the best mountain scenery at Lake Sabrina. Stop in at Bishop Creek Lodge for a cold beer or burger. Trout fishing the stream or high altitude lakes is always a highlight. Las Vegas can easily be swapped with either San Francisco or Los Angeles.
What We'd Do Next Time
I would fly into San Francisco and pair the trip with some time at the wineries in Napa / Sonoma, and then drive through Yosemite. I would stay at Cardinal Lodge or do an Airbnb to host the whole family comfortably.
